Add support for the bgcolour tags, as per v4.

Background colour can now be set using the bgcolor tag. Format is <bgcolor="COLOUR">, where COLOUR is a name or hexadecimal code.

E.g. <bgcolour="red"> or <bgcolour="#FF8800">
