If RunnerLayout.XML is missing, the Runner will produce an error for:

System.NullReferenceException: Object not set to an instance of an object

If the file is present, the error goes away. Either way, the Player can play files like normal if they hit continue.

A bug with a similar message can be triggered on some versions of Windows if the system text magnification is higher than 100%.
