If I import a module from an existing game into a new game file which is already named in the Options tab, the name of the game in this tab is changed to the name of the game that the module was exported from.

The text from the INTRODUCTION & END OF GAME of the existing game is also substituted in the new game!

This is a known bug, caused by the Title, Author and ShowExits headers, and the Map section at end in Module(AMF) files. Open the module with a XML Editor(notepad/notepad++) and delete those sections, then save the file.
