It would be easier and faster if you have alot of sub-events to left-click and hold on a sub-event and move it to where you want it in the order.

Currently you have to click on sub-event AND then click on the little Up arrow icon, and you have to do that for every slot you move up or down your sub-event until its where you want it.

I've corrected this, so that when you click on the up/down button the sub-event retains focus, so you can just keep clicking the same button until it's positioned where you want.
