Wait is presently set at the game options level. It would be convenient if this was a overridable standard library task with a variable length.
This would allow a player to wait a specific number of turns or allow creator defined "sleep" task or tasks that take a set number of turns.

Actually after testing it out, changing the wait length in options doesn't actually do anything. It is always 3 turns regardless.

Wait turns wasn't being saved. Fixed.
