Cursor  Font changes after non-standard quote character

It looks as though the runner is detecting that the unicode character that you are trying to print is not present in the current font, so it finds a font that does have that character and switches to it.
This is a good thing as it ensures that all of the text is displayed as intended, however it should then immediately switch back to the previously active font, ie. as if the character had font tags around it like:
<font face="Quivira">’</font>
