Prompt for ambiguity doesn't occur when the restrictions in a general task allow for objects which are not visible to the player. The problem is demonstrated with a demo and described in more detail in this thread:

NB: IT MAY BE DANGEROUS TO FIX THIS AS IT MAY CAUSE EXISTING GAMES TO MISBEHAVE.
