If you close the window in runner and restart the game it does not reappear. Restarting runner doesn't fix it either.
The work around is renaming the window name itself via <window SomethingNew> to get it to show again.
I've set this to high priority because an extra window can be important in a game if using it for displaying stats or character info etc.

I think the player has to delete the settings file fixed to that specific IFID (hidden "deep" within some folder). It could be made an option to clear all game settings when restarting by deleting the corresponding IFID-file.
