This is a bit complicated to explain without a demo, if you want to fix it, let me know and I can send you a demo.

If the player clicked on the map to move somewhere then, under certain conditions, the Runner will add an additional movement command next time the player types a command.

One situation where this can happen is if e.g. you have a special task which reacts to a standard movement command but moves the player to another location than the map connection implies. The move is carried out and the Runner stops trying to move the player further. However, next time the player tries a movement command, the Runner adds an extra movement command which messes up the game. So even if the game works perfect from a command-perspective, the pathfinder can mess up the game.
