If you use the "This Property will only appear if the following are true" option in a property then:
If you choose a selection-only property then you can have this property appear if it is <Unselected>.
If you choose a state list then the only options are <No dependant value> or one of the states.
<No dependant value> passes if the property is <Selected>, but the only way to have the new property appear if a complex property is <Unselected> is to create an extra property.
This adds a superfluous extra property to the property list every time you need to do this.
An enhancement to add the <Unselected> option to properties that have a value will reduce the size of the property list.
