In Runner where it displays the location in the lower window bar, if you are inside or on an object it will show in brackets whether you are standing or sitting on object.

If inside a task you move a player inside an object, like a vehicle eg Car, and then also add next Change player character position to sitting. It will still display standing.

Also if a player character is sitting then moves to a different location, there is no narrative stating the fact.

Same for if the player is getting an object in room, it would be good if player is sitting, to say you get up and get object from. And then remain standing in the room.
