 When selecting edit step the top of the 'OK' and 'cancel' buttons are cropped off.

| When selecting edit step from edit walk the top of the 'OK' and 'cancel' buttons are cropped off. Also you can't resize the window vertically, but if you could I'd suggest having the minimum be so that both buttons are completely visible . |

These buttons have always been misaligned on my system, in every forms theme in the settings.
I have Windows XP SP3 32-bit with automatic updates on.
