 Cannot deselect "Private to object" in a property

If a property has a tick in the "Private to object" box, and you un-tick it because you now want to use that property in a different object, the change will not be saved and the next time you open that property it will be ticked again.

| Fixed. Changing the checkbox now also enables the Apply button. |
