Cursor  Add 'Any Character' to the Restriction / Property

Could we have an option for 'Any Character' in the Property tab in Restrictions. You can check if 'Any character' has a general property. But what if you want to check a property specific state for 'Any Character' you can't (without using an expression).

eg.

( Any Character must be in same location as Player AND
Property 'CharacterState' for 'Any Character' must not be 'Asleep')

I know you can use a Restriction Expression to do this, but for users who do not know how to expressions, but have some knowledge of custom properties this would be handy.
