The 'Wait' command seems to be hard-coded into the game, there is no task visible and even the Find function cannot find it. Which means you cannot create a specific task to override or run after/before.

Could we please have this Wait command added as a task we can see in the default list of commands.

Specific tasks for this command could be used to add in Action to run the Look command for example. When you run the wait command the player has to enter look to see what has changed. Perhaps there might be variables that need to be changed or reset when the player uses wait.

The work around this is creating our own wait command for the meantime.

You can alter the default number of turns that elapse in the WAIT/Z command by going to the Options menu. You will see "How many turns should pass when the player waits:" Change the figure to whatever you want then click Apply or OK.

You can also create your own WAIT/Z command using the TIME action, second from the right with the hourglass symbol next to it.

Thanks Lazzah for your reply. I already know about those two things. I was more meaning if you wanted to create a specific task that can alter the main default wait command. I wanted to be able to add Run Look task when the wait command is used. I know i can create my own custom Wait command, most built-in commands are visible as tasks in the main library.
